Statistics report in Major Leagues Baseball: Whether American League is statistically richer than National Leagues?

My report has been translated into English one. This report finished at last year was my statistical class practice discussing whether American League is richer than National Leagues by measuring the difference among their total payroll in 2017 under statistical test (two sample t-test).
